This relaxed and interactive (VIRTUAL) class will answer all your questions about the labor and birth experience. This two-day class integrates live lecture, video segments, games, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions to leave you feeling informed and confident! The instructors will be demonstrating comfort techniques and labor positions, you may find it helpful to have some items with you during class time, such as a pillow, blanket, or floor mat. Books will be mailed in advance.
