These FREE support groups are staffed by certified lactation consultants and are designed for moms and breastfeeding (or breast milk feeding) babies from birth through the first year of life. We offer an open, supportive forum to talk about the challenges and joys of breastfeeding as well as an opportunity to weigh your baby.  We know getting out of the house can be hard for new moms, so please feel free to come as you are and it is OK to arrive late! We follow Wake County Public School System’s calendar for holidays as well as closings-delays decisions. 

This group is "in-person". Please note: If you currently have symptoms of COVID-19 or another acute, contagious illness, please stay at home. By entering a WakeMed facility, visitors are attesting that they are free of the symptoms of contagious illness.
