This fast-paced interactive one-day class is designed for new or more seasoned parents. The class covers all of the basics of labor and birth preparation, including labor recognition, phases and stages of labor, ways to manage pain in labor and more. Classroom instruction will complement textbook given during class. (9:00am – 5:00pm) This class is "in-person".
