Research shows that women who have the most support are able to successfully breastfeed for longer periods of time. At WakeMed, we have designed our Breastfeeding Basics class to give pregnant parents the information and confidence to get off to a great start with breastfeeding! This 3-hour class incorporates lecture slides, videos, hands-on demonstrations, and Q&A time. Books will complement the lecture and will be distributed in class. This class is "In-Person". If you are experiencing symptoms related to Covid 19, if you are waiting for Covid 19 results, or may have been exposed someone with Covid 19, please stay at home and call to reschedule. Cost $30/couple
