This fast-paced interactive four week bundle series is desinged for new or more seasoned parents. Weeks 1 - 3 covers the basic of labor and birth preparation, including labor recognition, phases and stages of labor, ways to manage pain during labor and more. Week four covers Bringing Home Baby, essentially baby basics 101. How to diaper, bathe, swaddle, recognizing newborn commnication cues, soothing techniques, and gain a clear understanding of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD). Class will include car seat safety, shows techniques for wearing your baby and kagaroo care. (6pm - 8:30pm). Cost: $130/couple (Slight discount offered as this class is not at one of hospital locations and will NOT include a tour).
