  • This four-week interactive bundle series is designed for our expectant parents. Weeks 1 - 3 covers the basics of labor and birth preparation, including labor recognition, phases and stages of labor, ways to manage pain during labor and more. Week 4 includes information Breastfeeding 1. 
  • Research shows that women who have the most support are able to successfully breastfeed for longer periods of time. At WakeMed, we have designed our Breastfeeding Basics class to give pregnant parents the information and confidence to get off to a great start with breastfeeding! This bundle BF class is 1.5-hour class incorporates lecture slides, videos, hands-on demonstrations, and Q&A time. Books will complement the lecture and will be distributed in class. This class bundle is "In-Person". Cost: $135/couple
  • The sessions meet one night a week for 4 consecutive weeks. Each meeting will take place on the same weekday as the first session.
