This fast-paced interactive three-week series is designed for new or more seasoned parents. It covers all the basics of labor and birth preparation, including labor recognition, phases and stages of labor, ways to manage pain in labor, and more. Classroom instruction will complement the textbook given in class. A Tour of the WakeMed North Labor & Delivery and Postpartum hospital units is included during class time. $110/couple

The class will meet one night a week for three consecutive weeks. Each meeting will take place on the same weekday as the first session. (6 pm - 8:30 pm).
