Description

This four week interactive bundle series is designed for our expectant parents. Weeks 1 - 3 covers the basics of labor and birth preparation, including labor recognition, phases and stages of labor, ways to manage pain during labor and more. Week 4 covers breastfeeding and provides information, support and demonstration of proper breastfeeding techniques. Advice is offered on infant nutrition and how to get a GREAT start. Cost: $130/couple.
